Returns, Exchanges, Damages, and Lost Packages
At Eclipse Apparel NY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, or if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please review our policies below:
Returns and Exchanges
- We offer store credit or exchanges only. We do not offer refunds.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item.
- All returns or exchanges must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Final Sale Items: The following items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be refunded:

- Undergarments
- Hosiery
- Accessories
- Jewelry
- Body Care Products
- Candles
- Eyewear
- No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order details, and we will guide you through the process.
Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.
- We will review the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund based on the circumstances.
- Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Lost Packages
- If your package is lost or delayed during shipping, please contact us immediately.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
- Eclipse Apparel NY is not responsible for lost packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure to minimize the chance of delivery issues.
